As of March 2011, I'm starting to charge a $25 consultation fee. This fee includes a 1-hour visit to your home to discuss your windows, suggest designs and types of fabric, and to measure your windows.
My labor charges for drapes range from $50-75 per panel.
My labor charges for valances start at $60 and go up.
All material costs are covered by the client.
