Calming Master Bedroom

Here's a fun queen headboard my friend and I made together.  We used covered buttons to tuft it.  The stripes are bold, but still neutral.  And I love the pops of blue color on the pillows.

This master bedroom has a corner with not one, but TWO window seats.  Not sure if you can tell in this picture that those are window seats.  I made the drapes.  I love the calming effect of the tone on tone drapes against the wall color.  Very subtle.  The drapes are weighted in the corners with drapery weights, and lined with thermal liner.  Extra fabric may be used to cover the little ottoman....
These are single panels with a drapery heading tape on the top which allows us to use drapery pins to attach them to the rings.  The wooden rods are mahogany, and add a lot of richness to the room.  The rod is also fantastic in that there's an "elbow" for the corner, which helps with these tight corners between windows.
